1. Your credit card info will be held securely by us for the reservation purpose and we won't charge it until the ride is done.

 

2. If you'd like to cancel your reservation, we need to know 24 hours in advance. Please let us know by clicking on cancellation on site menu or you can call us at: 1-800-637-5656.

 

3. On trips towards airports, OC LUX is not responsible for making your flight ontime. Please consider traffic and other conditions and give us a realistic pick up time. We will do our best to follow your instructions. As a reminder we would like to let you know that it is suggested by airports to be at the airport two hours before domestic and three hours before international flights.
